1. Return Eligibility

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, you may request a return under the conditions below:

You can return products within 14 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  • The item has original packaging, accessories, and tags.

  • You must have proof of purchase (order number or receipt).


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or damaged items

  • Items without original packaging

  • Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)

  • Sale or clearance items (unless damaged or defective)

  • Custom or personalized products


3. Damaged or Wrong Item Received

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at grolify@gmail.com

  • Provide photos or video proof showing the issue
    We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.


4. Return Process

To start a return:

  1. Email us at grolify@gmail.com with your order number.

  2. Wait for approval and return instructions.

  3. Ship the item back to us using the instructed return address.

Important:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or wrong.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery of your return.


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Your refund will be approved or rejected.

  • If approved, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


6. Exchanges
